Villagio is a 2.9-acre mixed-use development in Chula Vista's Otay Ranch, combining street-level commercial condos with 72 residential units above. The plan supports convenient local services and a pedestrian-friendly streetscape.
SB&O generated a design review site plan, private sewer and water plans, rough and precise grading drawings, and final utility alignments. The firm also prepared lot line adjustments, condominium plats, and processed documents for municipal stormwater compliance. ALTA surveys, boundary checks, and construction staking ensured project integrity and regulatory conformance.
