The project is a mixed-use residential condominium and commercial development located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Park Boulevard and Robinson Avenue. The project site covers .52-acre and will have a density of 71.2 dwelling units per acre. When complete, the project will consist of one building with six stories. Two levels of subterranean parking will be provided. There will be one floor for 2,800 square feet of commercial use; the remaining five floors will be for residential use. There will be five 1-bedroom units, 31 2-bedroom units, and one 5-bedroom unit (37 units total).
