Monde is a five-story mixed-use development located at the intersection of 9th Avenue and Washington Street in San Diego. The building provides commercial space at street level, with upper-level residential condominiums and parking below.

SB&O handled boundary surveys, topographic mapping, and condominium plans, tailoring designs to fit a compact urban footprint. The firm produced grading and utility plans, coordinated stormwater compliance, and prepared water quality technical reports. Special considerations included shoring for subterranean parking and site layout to meet zoning and permitting requirements.
