Treviana
Treviana is a 212-unit condominium community located at the southeast corner of Magdalena Avenue and East Palomar Street in Otay Ranch Village 6, Chula Vista. It consists of 21 two-story buildings in configurations ranging from 8 to 12 units each, many with tuck-under garages.
SB&O created detailed grading plans and utility designs, focusing on private streets and fire water systems. Erosion control, SWPPP documentation, and public water/sewer planning were integral for city compliance. Survey teams provided ALTA-level boundary work, set construction stakes for each building, and prepared final as-builts to close out the project.
