Thoroughbred Business Park

Phase III of the Thoroughbred Business Park in San Bernardino, California, comprises 35 acres hosting four large tilt-up industrial buildings. This expansion required robust infrastructure design for storm drains, streets, and utilities, plus careful hydrologic analysis.
SB&O created the parcel map, final grading, and utility plan, including off-site street lighting, signing, and striping. They processed two permits through the San Bernardino County Flood Control District for 2,150 linear feet of 54- to 72-inch storm drains along Baker Avenue. Boundary/ALTA surveys and construction staking ensured proper execution of the site plan, from subgrade earthwork to building foundations.
