Skyline Hills

Skyline Hills is a 66-unit condominium project spanning 5.2 acres in unincorporated San Diego County. The site plan features 22 buildings with three units each, internal roads, and a recreational parcel, all flanked by a moderately sized slope.
SB&O led civil engineering efforts to realign and replace portions of an existing storm drain that crossed the site. The firm also designed a large subterranean detention tank for stormwater management, coordinated with structural engineers on significant retaining walls, and handled grading, utility planning, and regulatory permitting. Survey tasks included boundary mapping and staking for construction.
