Scripps Northridge Business Center

Scripps Northridge Business Center is an expansive business and industrial park in San Diego. The development required new internal roadways, major perimeter roads, and a range of water, sewer, and stormwater infrastructure.

SB&O designed the site's grading plans, road layouts, and utility networks. This included storm drain systems with pipes up to 60 inches in diameter and multiple traffic signals. The firm executed boundary surveys, set horizontal/vertical control, and delivered construction staking for curb and gutter, paving, and essential utilities. Continuous coordination with agencies addressed approvals for large-scale commercial usage.
