Scripps Midlands - Affinity & Townhomes is a 46-acre, 404-unit residential condominium community in San Diego, California. The development features multi-story townhomes adjacent to Interstate 15, incorporating a Class I bike path relocation and integration with surrounding neighborhoods.
SB&O served as Engineer and Surveyor of Record, overseeing grading, drainage, sewer, and water distribution. The project required sound wall design near I-15, coordination with Caltrans, and special consideration for major San Diego County Water Authority pipelines that traverse the site. Survey efforts included boundary mapping, aerial control, and construction staking for both on-site and off-site improvements.
