Project consisted of one 609,000 square foot industrial warehouse building on 32 acres and future development on the remaining 52 acres to include industrial, commercial, retail, high-density residential and/or public institutional facility land uses. Services included ALTA Survey, preparation of plans for grading, onsite and offsite sewer, water, and storm drain, public street plans, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans, Water Quality Management Plan and construction staking.
