Meritage Homes - Prado
Prado is a gated community located in the City of Temecula on Ynez Road. The project was developed by Meritage Homes and consists of 237 detached homes. Community amenities include a clubhouse, resort-style swimming pool, kids' playground, picnic/BBQ areas with fire pits, bocce ball courts, and cornhole courts.
SB&O Temecula was involved from the project's inception through completion, overseeing multiple phases of development including preliminary design and entitlements, final design and construction.
SB&O coordinated with multiple agencies including Eastern Municipal Water District, Riverside County Flood Control & Water Conservation District, Rancho California Water District, and the City of Temecula.
