Creekside Elementary School
This 11.8-acre site in Poway, California, was developed to include six classroom buildings, an administration and multi-purpose facility, play fields, and dedicated parking areas. Creekside Elementary serves grades K-5 and spans approximately 60,000 square feet of covered building space.
SB&O provided comprehensive civil engineering and surveying services, including the design of on-site grading for the building complex, hard courts, grass play fields, and a bus drop-off area. The firm also handled storm drain, sewer, and water distribution systems, as well as adjacent off-site public improvements. Survey efforts encompassed boundary and topographic work, as well as complete construction staking for the entire site.
