Allred-Collins Business Park

Allred-Collins Business Park is a 135-acre planned industrial development featuring wide industrial collector roads, a significant sewer pump station, and extensive off-site roadway widenings. The project lies in Kearny Mesa and required comprehensive planning for grading, drainage, and utilities.
SB&O prepared a tentative subdivision map, cost estimates, feasibility studies, and final designs for major storm drains (72-96 inches in diameter), slope grading, and riparian detention structures. Coordination with CALTRANS involved securing permits for grading near SR-52. Survey tasks included boundary surveys, aerial photogrammetry control, and final monumentation. Construction staking covered mass grading, storm drains, sewer lines, and pump station facilities.
