Description
De La Fuente Business Park is a 312-acre industrial development in the Otay Mesa region of San Diego. The master plan includes significant local and collector streets, 2.75 miles of major perimeter roadways, and an on-site detention basin to manage stormwater. SB&O handled boundary surveys, aerial photogrammetry control, and final monumentation for the subdivision. The firm designed public improvement plans for storm drain, sewer, water, utilities, and curb-and-gutter. Construction staking encompassed earthwork, subsurface utilities, and street layouts.
